Data migrated includes:

Minimal Disruption Guarantee

Your existing Lawmatics account remains fully operational during the migration.

HubSpot is prepared in parallel, allowing your firm to continue operating normally in Lawmatics.

You will be able to see and audit migrated data in HubSpot as the project progresses.

Final switchover can often be completed over a weekend or within a single business day. We work hard to help you avoid the hassle of duplicate entries.

$5,000 (typical) investment for full data migration, depending on the amount and complexity of your data.

Payment schedule (typical):

  • $1,500 to begin (non-refundable)
  • $3,500 due upon completion and client sign-off

Optional post-migration customization:
Most firms invest an additional $1,000–$3,000 for reports, dashboards, workflow automations, and refinements once data is live.

Migration Accuracy & Expectations

We strive for 99%+ data migration accuracy and make reasonable efforts to accommodate malformed or atypical data.

However, perfect export cannot be guaranteed due to inconsistent, corrupted, or invalid source data or platform limitations.
